I cannot send funds to anybody. Every time I try I get the error "We apologize for the inconvenience, but an error occurred. Please try again later. If you still cannot complete your request, please submit a ticket with the following issue number 285717622"... The amount I'm trying to send is USD 61 and my account has 67.55 so it should be covered. Agents from the Chat Support can't find anything wrong and keep asking me to try another browser. I tried with different internet browsers = same error. What's happening? I have sent a message via Tweeter and Facebook but no reply so far. Please reply!

Ok, my account was frozen on hold due to me having an account for myself and one for my wife. They told me to make one for my wife, as the bank account we were trying to add is in her name and my account was already created. They froze both. I contacted account security and they said to upload ID document in "documents requested", but when I pick the document and click "submit drivers license" it just logs me out of my account. When I log back in, it doesn't show the document I submitted and still wants me to submit one. I submitted a ticket to them about this and am getting no reply. Anyone know why I can't submit the document by chance?
