Signing Up and Validating Email Address

How Do I Sign Up for a Payza Personal Account?

To sign up for a Payza Personal Account, click on “Sign Up” on the Payza homepage. On the Signup page, select a personal account and select your country from the country drop-down menu.

Complete the signup form to open your Payza Personal Account.

SIGNING UP FOR YOUR PAYZA PERSONAL ACCOUNT

1) Go to https://secure.payza.com/signup.
2) Choose "Personal Account".
3) Select your country and complete the signup form.
4) Click “Get Started” to open your account.

Our system will notify you of any errors in your form. Should you encounter errors, simply follow the directions from our system and resubmit the form.

After completing the signup form, review our “User Agreement” and “Privacy Policy”, then click on both “I agree” boxes.

What Country Should I Select When Signing Up for My Payza Personal Account?

If you are residing in one country, but are a citizen of another, you should sign up using your current country. If you need to update this information at a later time, you will be able to do so with the help of our Customer Support Team.

What Personal Information Will I Need To Enter When I Sign Up for My Payza Personal Account?

You will need to enter your name and email address when signing up for your Payza Personal Account.

Your email address will be used as both your Payza username and primary means of communication with Payza, so it is important to select a suitable email address.

THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU ENTER WILL BE USED AS YOUR PRIMARY MEANS OF COMMUNICATION WITH PAYZA

It is important to choose a suitable email account because this address will be used for many purposes, such as:

  • Validating your account
  • Logging in
  • Contacting Payza Customer Support
  • Receiving account notifications
  • Resetting your password

How Do I Choose a Strong Password?

You will choose your password during signup. Your password must meet Payza's security requirements.

PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS

Make sure your password meets the following security requirements:

  • Minimum eight (8) alphanumeric characters
  • At least one (1) capital letter
  • At least one (1) special character

Why Can't I Share Access to My Payza Personal Account?

When signing up for your Payza Business Account, you must agree to the clause: "I agree that my account will only be accessed and used by myself, the account holder."

How Do I Validate My Email Address?

Once you have submitted your signup form, you must validate your email address by locating the Payza validation email in your inbox. In that email message, either click on the “Validate my email” link or copy and paste the URL provided into your browser's address bar.

VALIDATING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

1) In your inbox, find the email titled: "Payza: Validate Your Email Address".
2) In the message, click the “Validate my email” link or copy and paste that link into your browser.

If you do not find this message in your main inbox, you should check your Spam or Junk mail folder as it may have been filtered.

What Should I Do If I Can't Find the Validation Email?

If you cannot find the Payza Validation Email, check you spam or junk folder. If you still do not see the message, contact Payza directly for further assistance.

CAN'T FIND THE VALIDATION EMAIL?

If you do not find the validation email, check your Spam or Junk folder for the message. If you still do not see the email, contact Payza for further assistance.

When you successfully validate your email, you will be directed to your Payza Account and will receive another email titled “Welcome to Payza: Personal Account”.

What Should I Do If My Email Provider Filtered Payza's Message to My Spam or Junk Folder?

If the validation email was filtered to your spam or junk mail folder, consider whitelisting the Payza domain to be sure you receive all of our emails in the future.
